To reserve a County park, a reservation form must be completed 7 days prior to requested date—no exceptions.

*Note: No dunking tanks. No exceptions. Groups wanting to use inflatable bouncers at their event must submit to the office by the third Wednesday of each month: A written letter requesting permission to have the inflatable bouncer at their event. A certificate of insurance listing the Sweetwater County Recreation Board as an insured must be submitted with the request letter. The two documents will be considered by the Board at their regular monthly meeting the fourth Wednesday of each month. Inflatable bouncers will not be allowed if the two documents are not made available for a regular meeting. Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation letter is sent from the office.
