#7 on the map below shows the location of Mesa Park.  Mesa Park is located north of Rock Springs.  Head north on Elk Street, turning left onto Yellowstone Road.  From Yellowstone Road, take a left on Gannet Drive, the next left onto Washburn, then a right onto Quadrant Drive.  Follow Quandrant up to Mesa Park.
